mitigate guilt and overwhelm

Do you struggle to:

  • balance your own priorities with external pressures

  • feel as though you’re doing “enough”

  • determine what egalitarian parenting means for you and your family

  • take care of yourself while taking care of others?

How I can help.

As a mother who is consistently striving to get closer to feeling grounded and more balanced, I am intimately familiar with the feeling of overwhelm, uncertainty and guilt that plague ALL of our decisions. We need to have the mental space to find clarity around the choices that best suit our situations. It is crucial to reset and move from a intentional place and a seat of empowerment. I can help you locate your internal compass and feel more empowered in your life choices.

Learn about my offerings

You shouldn’t have to feel alone or overwhelmed along the path of parenthood and life.

  • Meeting with Lauren helped me to be seen - both as a mom with a a lot on her plate and as a woman with goals of her own. We ended our session with one specific, realistic goal and I’ve been more successful with it than many previous attempts on my own.

  • After my session with Lauren, I felt relief and a clear idea of the next steps I could take. Not only did I feel a sense of direction and calm, but her assistance in focusing on a specific challenge helped me to more clearly see my options.

  • When I shared something vulnerable with Lauren, she carefully took it in it, held it in the palm of her hand, and was fundamentally gentle with it. She helped me feel safe amidst the emotional complexity of life.
